Dubai Lagoons is large masterplanned residential community by Damac Properties involving the convertion of over 400 hectares into ‘a Mediterranean-inspired community with white sandy beaches, a tropical island vibe and other enchanting experiences, and aesthetically-designed villas and townhouses built around stunning lagoons’. The masterplan is divided into eight Mediterranean-inspired communities, each named after a town or region such as Santorini in Greece and Portofino in Italy.
