SLS Residences at Palm Jumeirah is a striking waterfront development that continues the legacy of the SLS brand, known for delivering bold, design-driven luxury experiences. Conceived by architects LACASA, the project takes inspiration from the movement of the sea, with an undulating façade that enhances natural airflow, outdoor living spaces, privacy, and shade. The result is a sculptural architectural statement set within one of Dubai’s most iconic coastal destinations. The landscaping and outdoor environments, designed by Cracknell, integrate lush greenery with carefully planned public and private spaces, creating a seamless connection between nature and architecture. High ceilings throughout the residences amplify the sense of openness, while sustainable materials reinforce a soft, refined aesthetic. Expansive layouts are oriented to capture uninterrupted 360-degree views of the sea, enhancing the feeling of tranquility and exclusivity. The interiors are designed by Studio Carter, combining natural elegance with contemporary opulence. Warm-toned walnut flooring, bronze accents, and plaster-finished walls create a rich yet calming atmosphere. Bedrooms feature spacious his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes, while bathrooms are finished with royal beige marble, bronze-framed mirrors, and sculptural detailing that evokes a spa-like sense of luxury. The kitchens are fully fitted, and the residences are offered unfurnished.
