FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel is home to 7 culinary hotspots, including Soul Street, which offers a variety of global street food, and Above 21, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city.  Total rental Agreement for 35 years: after purchased property is rented for 35 years: first five years 10% and 30 years 40% room revenue goes to the owner and 60% to hotel but all expenses to Hotel.   Also, it offers 14 nights free use every year for the owner.
